Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to track our contacts, deals & leads. We use it to create sequences & workflows to reach out to prospects & track our progress with new & existing clients.

I like it for tracking notes when I have someone that has made it to a meeting. I don't really love the email features & completing tasks within the platform. I typically go to my email tab to send emails rather than through HubSpot.
