Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is our primary CRM for managing our B2B sales and account management. As a Sales Manager, I use it to manage contacts, companies, and deals. I also use it for its reporting functionality, which produces forecasts for future sales and reports on the performance and conversion rates of our full-cycle sales process.
  • Easy to navigate, user friendly.
  • Sequences make automating outbound outreach easy.
  • Tracking email opens, clicks and other metrics for engagement.
  • Makes it easy to keep on top of future tasks.
  • Relatively fast and powerful.
  • The Deals page is awful, and the layout is not customizable. On a small laptop screen, you can barely even see one line of text on a deal because of the ridiculously oversized banner message above the pipeline stages containing info such as "total deal amount," "weighted deal amount," etc. I should be able to move that.
  • Some of the integrations could be a bit more intelligent. For example, sometimes, calling an existing contact from HubSpot using the same number will automatically create a new contact because the number dialed is (+44)776... instead of the local format of 0776.
  • Email replies to automated meeting reminders should be logged in HubSpot. Prospective customers most commonly reply when they are unable to attend and include important info about why and when to speak instead. They shouldn't have to copy and paste into Log Email from Outlook every time.
  • We were previously using a nonsense system called Zendesk, which does not enable normal pipeline management as it is not a bonafide CRM.
  • Our organization has grown more than 30% year over year, but to be honest, this is not directly due to Hubspot. Hubspot has been a useful tool that has helped facilitate our growth.
  • Using Hubspot reporting, we are able to forecast our growth more accurately and report on past revenue more accurately.
Zendesk is not a proper CRM and is not fit for purpose. It is for managing tickets from a Customer Service perspective. Salesforce is probably more powerful than Hubspot, especially from a reporting perspective, but it is less user-friendly, clunkier, and more suitable for larger organizations with multiple territories (e.g., EMEA, USA, Oceania, etc.).

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

For a Sales operation like ours, HubSpot is a powerful and user-friendly CRM that enables us to see all the key bits of information we need. We can automate sequences for inbound and outbound contacts, respectively, and integrate other tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, within contact pages themselves to manage everything centrally.
