Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to market and inform our customers and prospect base about new products and opportunities to interact with them. We then link that through API integration to our Microsoft Dynamics, where we can track outreach and connect it directly to our lead and sales pipelines.

  • Easy to design emailers.
  • Easy to plan and schedule emails.
  • It could have a better UI design.
  • It has helped me to reach my individual sales goals.
  • Help drive overall awareness to our capabilities as a team.
  • Enable Lead Gen to do a lot of the background work to support the sales efforts seamlessly.
Actually, they work really well in tandem. We prefer to use HubSpot for the marketing efforts and Microsoft Dynamics for the tracking.

HubSpot is great for driving product sales, but an external tool would be needed to drive attendance and registration for an event, for example.
