Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HS to help charities with packages for their gala/event. I send quotes, general information, and check in after the event for the winner information. Then, I also send the invoice. We communicate as a team through each event as well.
  • Task queue.
  • Prompt notification.
  • Ease of use.
  • Sometimes, it takes a while for a quote to be published.
  • Automation for calculating charity proceeds.
  • Editing invoices after they are created.
  • It's easy for our accountant to track financials.
  • Breakdown of each package sold/ how many were requested is helpful.
Our company uses Hubspot, which is very user-friendly and involves many different areas depending on what you need to use it for.

HS is suitable for everything we need, but many features still need to be explored. However, for what I use it for, I haven't found many faulty things!
