Best CRM tool I ever used in my 20+ years in Sales!

Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Since half a year we use HubSpot CRM as an integrated tool for all our Sales (CRM) and marketing needs. Previously we worked with different tools for e-mail marketing, account management, following up tasks, price offers ...
I love how i have an overview of all the sales activity in HubSpot CRM and am connected to my colleague's marketing activities. Most of all i love the automated sequences and meeting planner. It's great to see the tool working for me and see notifications of ew meetings with customers appear in my inbox, even on days when I'm not working!

Cons

  • Organisations of the menu: more overview, eg. 'feed' is many clicks away
  • Status Lead and Leads is confusing
  • The Marketing Hub is a bit too expensive for our small team if we would like to have it on top of Sales Hub
  • Creates overview for leads (deal pipeline, lead status, tasks ...) which leads to better follow up and more deals
  • More meetings with sequences and link to my agenda! It's like having an assistant, but better.
  • I work a lot faster: Already mentioned sequences and link to automatic booking of (sales)meeting in agenda, also contributes to this: snippets to automatically insert much used phrases in e-mails, templates for offers (with digital signature), auto-fill of company data, etc.
HubSpot CRM is based on CRM and not any other component. Microsoft BC, Odoo are ERP systems with a less than optimal system for sales professionals. ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp do a great job for e-mails, but are unsuited for anything else. It's absolutely key to have a system that helps with all aspects of the sales process to keep overview and work effectively and efficiently (follow up!).

It's probably the best CRM system available: Tasks, e-mailmarketing, e-mailing, customer management, sequencing, pipeline, deals.
Also a good alternative to Mailchimp for marketing e-mails.

Less appropriate for invoicing
