Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales
Our team uses HubSpot Sales in addition to their CRM. We use it for account management, deal tracking, prospecting and every other function necessary for a successful sales team. It allows us to track our deals and collaborate such as sharing email templates and sequences. No other software comes close to its value and features.
Pros
- Email tracking.
- Built-in calling. Queues.
Cons
- Honestly the best designed software I've ever used. There's very little that really bothers me.
- The VoIP calling has been a bit shoddy lately.
- It's so affordable compared to the competition that it's not hard to prove an ROI.
- Easily saves hours a day compared to the manual processes otherwise required.
As mentioned before, Salesforce only makes sense for large orgs, with custom requirements and a team to implement it. Even so it's such garbage software that I'd hesitate in those cases as well. The pricing is insane and there is always another expense.
Pipedrive is just straight up garbage. Horribly designed and built. I'd quit a job if they decided to implement it.
