HubSpot Sales is Worth Trying Out!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales
I use Hubspot Sales for my own prospecting and lead management. One of my colleagues was using it, and I was attracted to it due to the email and document tracking options it provides. HubSpot Sales also overcomes one of the things that has kept me away from other CRM's. It syncs with Gmail, which allows me to do what I was doing before, but now I have additional data that Hubspot collects for me, which has proven influential in my sales process.
Pros
- DETAILED document tracking
- Lets you organize timelines for outreach to prospects.
Cons
- It's quite complex, I'd like to see a training video that starts from ZERO.
- Would be good if it integrated with LinkedIn.
- Lets me track emails and documents sent to prospects, which allows me to prioritize who is most interested.
- Has an app as well, letting me get key bits of information when I'm on the fly.
HubSpot Sales integration with Gmail is a gamechanger! Our office pays for Hatchbuck for us to use, and it's still worth it to me to have HubSpot Sales as well. If HubSpot provided the mass-email options that Hatchbuck has, then I would not need both. Until then, I will be split between them. And if Hatchbuck adopts the ability to integrate with Gmail the watch Hubspot Sales does, then I'll go that direction. Both good tools, HubSpot Sales is more suited for sales, though.
