Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest provides 401(k) services to my business. These are retirement services for my business.

  • Human Interest could provide lower fees and could be less expensive overall
  • Human Interest could improve its dashboard
  • ROI is positive overall, but Human Interest's fees cut into these savings somewhat significantly as we are a small business.
  • The fees including admin fees cut into our ROI and are negative.
  • I think they are competitive with fees overall though.
Very good usability and dashboard is easy to understand. There are no major complaints with the dashboard or its effectiveness. It seems easy enough to understand and use for both admin and employees. This is a good feature.
I have not used or received quotes from other similar products.

Human Interest has done what we hired them to do and it has been valuable to us in terms of setting up a retirement plan for a small business. It is well suited to providing retirement services to small business. I am not sure it is well suited for very small businesses, however.

3 - Administrative and employee usage. We use it for our 401(k)
We do not have any people in house to support this. Only one of our employees handles things on our side.

I would use the same process and would likely not shop around. Human Interest was referred to us.

Human Interest Implementation

It was smooth and required minimal effort on the part of my business. This was a very nice feature.
Change management was minimal - I am not sure what change management was, but we did not change anything as part of the implementation.
