Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Human Interest provides 401(k) services to my business. These are retirement services for my business.
- User friendly
- Transparent
- Positive
- Human Interest could provide lower fees and could be less expensive overall
- Human Interest could improve its dashboard
- ROI is positive overall, but Human Interest's fees cut into these savings somewhat significantly as we are a small business.
- The fees including admin fees cut into our ROI and are negative.
- I think they are competitive with fees overall though.
I have not used or received quotes from other similar products.

We do not have any people in house to support this. Only one of our employees handles things on our side.

We needed an inexpensive and easy to use system for retirement services. Human interest provided that.
I would use the same process and would likely not shop around. Human Interest was referred to us.

Change management was minimal - I am not sure what change management was, but we did not change anything as part of the implementation.

Human Interest has always been responsive when we have needed response and have given great feedback and assistance every time we have needed it.
