Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

This product is being used as PoC, internally by process automation CoE team at IT support department to automate IT support ticket creation, email extraction. We are also exploring the other possibilities to implement this tool to automate other manual tasks. These experiences will help us as IBM business partner to propose this product to our customer.

It can be used to automate UI specific manual tasks up to some extent of integrations. We are yet to figure out all possibilities of implementation.

Although we are not a customer of IBM but during the initial setup, the support was exceptional from IBM guys, very much professional.

To build a RPA culture, this tool is very useful to start with. Business analysts can be easily trained to develop using this tool. The tool is very intuitive to use from [a] developer standpoint.
