IBM Robotic Process Automation Full review

In our organization we had a lot of manual process of updating day to day activities and the data was never in an organized format since every team uses different formats. It was really hard for us to manage it and it took a lot of man hours to do this activity which was an overhead. With help of IBM RPA we were able to automate using bots to significantly save man hours and cost.

We did not have to integrate it with the other platforms because our use case was different. I have seen the demo of the chat bot on 3rd party messaging apps and websites, it functions really well efficiently and effectively. It saves cost to the company and have reduced number of queries flowing to the support.

We had 10 people in our team and each one of us spent 1 hour daily to structure the data which is 10 hours a day and 50 hours a week and 200 hours a month. It has significantly reduced the FTE utilization and team members are able to utilize this time to do other work.
