Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

I am the SME for virtual events for my TA team. We use Indeed to source new candidates and to conduct virtual hiring events, targeting key roles that are hard to fill.
  • The virtual event dashboard is incredibly user friendly.
  • The way it breaks down who has RSVP'd for the events is very helpful.
  • The post-event reports help us contact those who were unable to actually attend the event, those are nice to have.
  • It would be nice to be able to see resumes for the RSVPs before the actual event.
  • Lower cost per hire.
  • Reaching more people with less effort.
  • Ensuring only viable candidates are reaching the hiring manager.
I just believe Indeed.com has the largest resume database, is the most well known and, is by far the easiest to use.

With the pandemic, the virtual events have been a God send. They have proven that it can save time and resources by conducting virtual interviews and events.
