Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to promote priority roles within our company based on the locations. It does assist with drawing more visibility to our job opportunities.

  • Cost
  • Geographic postings
  • Sponsorship cost based on geography
  • CPA has gone as high as $65/app. I do not see a reason to have such a high cost.
  • The time to hire for less costly roles has been good.
  • Geographic sponsoring with radius selection would be a plus.

Both of our account reps have been very helpful and informative.
There were features on CareerBuilder's platform that we utilized particularly for more administrative roles, however, their service and ease of use were poor. It would be nice if Indeed Sponsored Jobs offered more tools to study the roles being sponsored but their ease of use and service is exceptional.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs has helped us with our job fairs (both virtual and in-person) as well as drawn more visibility to hard-to-fill roles. However, there are times the CPA to CTR seems to be unreasonable and does not really help with our needs, in my view.
