Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
We use Influitive for our customer advocacy program. We are looking to engage with our customer base to grow our reference pool, nurture customer for cross sale/upsell and referrals and provide education/best practice tools for both our products and the urgent care industry.

- Great metrics and insights
- Saving drafts of challenges. All steps need to be filled out before a challenge can be saved.
- We run into issues with uploading images to challenges. however, Influitive is typically quick to resolve the issue
- Increased the engagement rate with our customer base
- Increase impressions/engagement with our content
- Avenue for customer feedback and insights into the industry and product requests
We are still working through this process. But we have been working on a way to capture and share out customer testimonials with a story library that we continually update and share out to the greater team to use for content creation or to add a proof point for a prospect.
