Overall Satisfaction with Inquisium
Inquisium is used by our event coordinators and product development team. We administer the surveys after our training events to capture data about the experience customers have during our events. We also use the reports tool in Inquisum to improve our events and training. Our product development team uses it to make changes to our training.
Pros

- Surveys look good even from the templates
- Surveys are easy to report on
- Surveys are easy to preview
- The diversity of questions is great
- Page break feature is intuitive
Cons
- Not easy to send test emails
- Sometimes the auto send feature does not send
- The categories for attendee status is a little confusing as it is not clear whether the status pulls from the event status or the survey status.
- We know what to change in our events
- We are able to ask better questions and use the answers to make changes
- We can track the performance of our Trainers to see what needs to be improved
- Survey Monkey and Qualtrics
Inquisium suits our business needs. Live Cvent is easy to use and the customer support is top notch. I've used the other products but Cvent was easy to train our entire team to use because we already used Cvent. While it may not be the most robust tool in terms of style it does function well.
