Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is used by everyone in our operations team however due to the complex UI, it’s not used as much as I would have liked. It’s a great tool, but in our organisation, under-utilised. I feel if Insightly improved the UI and integration it would offer better value for money to its customers.

- Difficult to navigate UI
- Tracking communications between users is great
- Linking of features / tasks / projects is excellent
- Hard to remove duplicate data
It varies depending on the department and function it’s being used for within departments.
