Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I am the HR Manager, I use isolved to onboard and manage employee information, personnel documents, run payroll, manage benefits, create learning development paths, assign required trainings.

I have most experience with ADP WFN and Paychex Flex and can say isolved is a better fit for our company than either of these. isolved has better customer service and is a better fit and value given our size and industry.

With HCM or HRIS software its about finding the right fit for your org (employee makeup, size, industry, etc) isolved is perfect for companies of our size who smaller but still growing. If you are a really large org 500+ employees and you have pay people a variety of ways (tipped, nontipped, piece rate, etc...) you may consider a more robust system.
