- There have been some savings from proof-of -delivery capability in regards to returns.
- With the ease of moving manifests from DDMS to JumpTrack, there are time savings as well.
The increased visibility comes mainly from our delivery confirmation. we use separate solutions for driver tracking and accountability. in order to use the other visibility features, we would have to buy every driver a company phone and put them on our plan, and it was cheaper to buy GPS tags for the trucks and use a third-party fleet tracker.
The POD management is our primary use for JumpTrack. Not only do we keep and store proof-of-delivery, but pur customers can look it up themselves on our website.
