Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon
Our digital marketing team relies on Kameleoon every day to approve our UX/UI recommendations, boost our conversions (especially lead generation), and experiment with personalization. This tool accelerates our time-to-market, facilitating our development planning. It enables us to refine our strategies efficiently, reducing technical constraints and optimizing our processes, for better overall performance.
- The widget editor: easy to use, with a number of predefined templates. A time-saver for classic uses and last-minute testing.
- Reliability of test results: At a glance, you know when a test is viable, and it's easy to monitor.
- Reactivity of support and CSM: Efficient and regular follow-up with numerous use cases to maximize our test roadmap
- Minor bugs: mainly with the graphic editor. However, these are usually resolved relatively quickly.
- Test preview: Not very user-friendly, especially for multi-support and responsive tests.
- Requires knowledge of JS/HTML/CSS for advanced tests
- In general, our tests are positive, with an average improvement of 20% (on the conversion rate). Even if the tests are not positive, Kameleoon automatically adapts the traffic if required to avoid any loss of conversion.
