Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

We are using Khoros to manage the publication of content across our social media and customer service channels, in addition to utilizing the platform for social analytics. We also use the Intelligence platform to check share of voice and other aspects of the company in the social space. It is used by the Social Media, Content, and Customer Service departments at our organization. It addresses problems in gathering social analytics and providing us a secure platform to publish and house content.

We have benefitted from working with Khoros Support to achieve our goals, through monitoring our brand's social presence and using analytics to align our content publishing strategy. Our company is extremely analytics driven, so having a thorough analytics platform in the back of Khoros has been very helpful in how and what we publish.
Our company has used Khoros' Intelligence feature to manage our brand and protect it from internal/external risks. We have used the platform to check content across all teams using the platform, to ensure centralized visibility and that content is in appropriate lanes, and also to check for any damaging mentions or brand negativity so that we can quickly address the issue.
Khoros is an awesome platform and I'd give its scalability a 7 out of 10. The platform has grown so much and added so many new features since we first signed a contract in 2016, and continues to implement new technologies to make managing a social media brand account much easier and organized. I've loved using it and I always look forward to new features, especially when they aid in efficiency. Working at a sports company, we are always on 24/7 and this helps a lot.

We honestly really liked the people at Khoros, and it set them apart from the rest of the products and people that we evaluated when first making our decision almost five years ago. The platform has tons of features, but wasn't super overwhelming like some of others that we previewed. We also just had great reps guide us through everything, from the sale to functionality, and that is a huge plus.
Khoros is well suited in providing a reliable, organized outlet in conversations to schedule and publish content. In addition, it is well-suited in providing analytical insights, however it would be helpful for more insights on Instagram + paid posts. An integration with newer social platforms (TikTok, Clubhouse, etc.) would also be needed.
