We utilize KnowBe4 company-wide to train our end-users on phishing and other security-related topics. KnowBe4 has helped us address human vulnerability and has helped improve how we keep the company and our customer data safe.

Overall we just felt that KnowBe4 was easier to use and more appropriate for our less than proficient users.

Having new, relevant content each year keeps our annual training program from going stale. For remedial training, we also utilize some of the security games, which are helpful in keeping our "problem users" engaged.
We handle user management using Active Directory (AD) groups and KnowBe4's AD sync tools. It keeps things easy and lets us avoid having to manually create and manage accounts.
Being able to see phishing failure rates and training completion rates has been of great value to provide quick, precise data to higher levels of management.
