The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training program is being used across our entire enterprise. It has dramatically increased the awareness of our employee base. Incidents of employees falling for phishing scams have been greatly reduced. Employees report their appreciation for access to this program and describe how it has helped them stay safe at work and at home.

- Provides easily customizable training campaigns to test and increase employee awareness.
- Resuming a training program that has been paused by a user is a bit tricky.
- Formally completing a training program so a completion certificate can be generated for a user often requires help desk assistance.
- Reduced the need for IT staff intervention with compromised employee credentials.
- Help prevent ransomware attacks that are at least annoying and potentially very costly.

The capabilities of the KnowBe4 system far exceed those of other systems we have used or evaluated. Not only it is an extensive and effective training platform but provides for the assessment of employee learning outcomes. Having all of these features in one product allows IT leadership to better assess the institutional security posture.

Cybersecurity threats are always changing. The freshness of the content allows us to adapt and adjust our training program to respond to the most current threat profile for our institution. Employees appreciate the currency of the content and find it relevant to threats they may be aware of from typical media outlets.
We have integrated KnowBe4 with our identity management system. Subsequently, when new employees are onboarded, they are automatically established in the KnowBe4 system. The KnowBe4 system is integrated with our employee portal and single-sign-on system for easy access. New users are assigned a baseline training assignment. Completion reports are generated regularly and distributed to management.
The single most important metric for us is employee completion.
