Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 has been a great guide into awareness and training. It has advanced concepts and material that covers all facets of topics. It is used across our organization and addresses the needs for our end users to understand threats and other situations that need awareness when it comes to security as a whole, whether physical or virtual. This allows users to be better prepared and know how to handle the threat.
  • Knowledge.
  • Understanding.
  • Source material.
  • Easier guide.
  • Better delivery.
  • More focus on certain topics.
  • Less help desk involvement.
  • Avoidance of proliferation of malware/phishing/ransomware/virus.
  • Uptime due to less security issues.
  • SANS Advanced Cybersecurity Learning Platform
More robust material; better and more up-to-date content, also interactive with curriculum and users; seems KnowBe4 has more material than other competitors and it's easier to use and digest with those that are nontechnical; also better suited for refresher training and onboarding.

Gave more of an edge to allow users to understand and better train quickly and earlier to prevent unknown threats; also allowed users as a whole to be better prepared in case something did happen. having up-to-date or fresh content is critical as everyone is well versed with the current threats occurring.
Groups with KnowBe4 allow better management since each organization has its own set of departments or divisions that are grouped together. Makes it easier to deploy, and allows some customization and flexibility when deploying to users as a group, rather than on their own. Like group policies, it better helps categorize and organize users.
Knowing where the weaknesses lie with our users; showing where they lack in terms of areas of security (i.e. if they failed on phishing for example) and also how many have completed or attempted course. Showing these metrics shows key critical areas that an organization needs to work on and fortify, but also be able to allow better training in the future.
Training for phishing scams and understanding scenarios that the end-user encounters. Whether it's bad actors, pre-text, or even how malware works and how to avoid pitfalls of ransomware. It is well suited for training, whether onboarding new hires or refresher courses that are routine. There doesn't seem a scenario where it's not appropriate as training for security is a required necessity.
