Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training across our organization for compliance as well as actively changing our security culture by individual and team training throughout the year.
  • The updated library of resources is endless.
  • It makes the rollout of training and quizzes easy to manage.
  • Reporting is streamlined.
  • Reporting can have more variables and customization.
  • Include Subject lines in PhishER replies please.
  • Include some historical data on which and when notifications are sent from the console to end-users.
  • Change all documentation from Whitelist/Blacklist to Allow/Block list.
  • Refrain from including the word USERS in messages to employees, or to anyone really.
  • Using the phishing campaigns consistently for 2 years, I saw people failing a phish test drop from 15% to 4%.
More automation. Larger library. It's been so long, sorry.

Not having to look for additional training has certainly saved me time. I know I will always have current templates and offer training with updated information. It keeps me from having to include additional training outside of KnowBe4 offerings.
End users are automatically entered through Active Directory, and if configured correctly, can immediately be entered into required training courses. I can easily find and the group ends users as needed. This process is simple and time-saving.
We are currently waiting for the new SCIM product to do this very thing, it's been a while in coming but counting on it to work well.
I like using the charts for Phish Failure across the organization and using 6-month intervals, which can be changed according to need. This report also includes an industry-standard benchmark, which is helpful. Other reports such as the user's smart groups help to pull specific information on many subjects, such as training, failures, arriving at certain metrics for reporting on these subjects.
KnowBe4 Awareness Training has helped us to better manage and track our awareness training.
The phishing campaigns are fantastic and include everything I need.
We are a Diamond member and use PhishER as well. That has helped drive reporting of phish considerably.
I keep training fresh with the huge library of content to draw from.

For larger organizations, it may be more tedious to manage, as PhishER can be rather manual and the AI is not yet 100%
