We provide bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly training as well as phishing campaigns at least monthly to educate and inform our users. Users failing phishing tests receive additional training. This helps our users help keep us safe as well as themselves personally. It also helps us meet the requirements of our cyber-insurance carrier. We train and test every employee.

We would pick KnowBe4 over any other product still today, four years after implementation. The product never gets stale or complacent.

It has kept the training and testing scenarios relevant with influence from current global cyber security events and scenarios. It keeps a fresh perspective from different points of view in both the training and testing modules. It helps to keep the users from falling into a mundane clicking exercise where they don't even pay attention to the same old training over and over.
They are required to complete and test no differently than the rest of the employee population. Their names show up on the same reports as any new employee in the organization. Full management support in this respect.
Phish-prone percentage in addition to training completion metrics. Individual user failure rates for testing modules are our most valuable metric to decide who is doing well and who needs more training.
