Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
This security training has been a great asset to our company. With newer users coming on board who have not worked in a company like ours where we have so many emails coming in from so many difference sources for bids, check request, direct deposit information etc this training gives them a good starting point to know what to look for that may not be legit. Also the PhishHook addon is awesome as if they dont trust it send it over for someone on our team to review before anything is opened/forwarded etc.
- Easy, Simple to understand for the average user. Not a lot of "technical" jargon
- The "Inside Man" series is a nice addon that really adds some legit value to the service
- Sometimes there is too much content to filter though and add/create new plans every quarter/year
- Given we manage multiple tenants/domains we can tie them under one account, but we cannot customize thee logos based on the email address so some emails are easily noted as "fake" because of the incorrect banner/email address etc
- No Ransomware attacks!
- More questions being asked around malicious emails, discussions as a whole about better security protection not just for work but in their personal life as well.

It gives us the ability to keep up with the current landscape, keep this information fresh in users minds with quartley updates for new content so it doesn't go stale. It also is nice when a new series of the Inside Man comes out so our team can catch up with them and see what they are going to get into next.
One admin handles the adding/removal and updating of the content. This process is a very easy process flow and requires minimal upkeep
Who clicked on links, how many hits we had for the week and also how many reported fake emails. This data is used as part of an incentive program to continue to drive this home that this is a long term commitment not an overnight task they have to do it to check a box and forget about it.
