Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 for phishing testing and training. It helps to educate the population and stop preventable attacks. There are a good number of modules and various entertaining options, and the anti-phishing tests are relevant to what we experience in "the wild." We deploy simulations and training across our campus and to specific groups to strengthen our security response.

KnowBe4 is similar in many ways to its competitors, but has an edge in terms of training content, usability, and integration. I would like to see more technical options with our level of subscription.

It is nice to have options, but sometimes difficult to find the right ones. I would prefer more options than fewer, however!
User management is not difficult within the platform. It has integrated well with AD and imports/updates automatically, I believe. Manual updating is also not difficult. Overall, I have enjoyed the back-end management of the platform.
The most important metrics and reporting are users enrolled in training, users who have completed training, successful report phish button deployments, number of phishing reports (we have plentiful opportunities), and, of course, statistics around the anti-phishing simulations.
