Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus as a testing tool to ensure our programmed emails look great across an array of operating systems, screen sizes, and email service providers. Litmus is used across our organization in order for all those in Marketing to have insights into our work. The business problems Litmus helps us address is a centralized location to conduct QA and rendering of emails.
- Rendering - Quickly QA and see where your email program can be improved
- Easy to use and understand - ability to adjust what you need it to do
- Design forward - creatively built and designed very nicely
- Detailed programming info for each specific email render
- Locate and provide issue resolve for incorrect renders
- Streamline and dive into helping build email
- Time saved during QA and renderings
- Centralized location for all Marketing counterparts to access and approve programming
- Spam testing
We do not use a third-party tool.
To my knowledge, we do not leverage this enough. We do however use the metrics based on a wide survey on how rendering impacts deliverability.
Proof has probably been the most used feature for our needs. It provides timely feedback for both marketing professionals and email programmers. Commenting and sharing are the best features of Proof.
Litmus to my knowledge is by far the market leader and standard, I've used Litmus on multiple instances in my past jobs.
