Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus is our main email verification QA platform. With Litmus we are able to quickly QA our emails across 35+ email clients and devices. Litmus provides a quick checklist and recommendation on how we can improve our email layout and deliverability. We can easily customize our default client list to add or remove selections in the settings tab at any time. Also, we gather and review key performance metrics such as engagement time (read, skim, glance), dark mode usage such using Litmus Analytics.

- Email analytics - There is confusion about what's included in their reports. Specifically, what Litmus can report on and what data points we can trust.
- Training - Offering a series of videos that explains the tool (benefits and limitations)
- Email analytics - being able to review metrics by merge tag within the Litmus platform. At the moment, we have to download the report and manipulate it in Excel or Google Sheet.
- Email development & QA process improvements
- Faster campaign development & testing
- Additional nice-to-have email performance metrics (dark mode usage, top email clients, engagement rates..etc.) that we are able to share with team members and key stakeholders.
Yes, it's helpful to do a final quick QA check within the platform before I schedule the campaign. Our current ESP does not integrate with Litmus which is fine. I think this is a nice to have tool.
We are just getting started with this and I am trying to gather as much information as I can about the data that Litmus can and cannot collect. With the basic analytics tracking in place, we are able to review engagement rates, desktop/mobile/webmail usage, dark mode usage. These reports and data points have been helpful. Although, we always optimize our emails for mobile, tablet and dark mode. Still, it's helpful to see.
We have not used this feature yet. I'd love to learn more.
Overall better user interface, product and pricing. Litmus is very well-known in the industry.
