Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
LogicMonitor is a fantastic NPM. We leverage it for monitoring our networking devices, cloud VMs, application servers, and storage servers in short we use LogicMonitor to monitor all of the infrastructure.
- It captures and monitors devices down to the minute details, and accurate alerts are generated.
- The UI is very good and modern looking
- The site categorization looks very effectively
- When a device is added, we enable all alerts; only the basics are enabled by default.
- Mobile version is not good
- We got a better look of our overall infrastructure.
- ROI is positive.
- We have been able to fix many issues that we came to know about via LogicMonitor.

LogicMonitor is good when compared with SolarWinds. Great UI and is simple to use.
We have a global presence of devices so we used a cloud platform and data is collected in cloud storage. We are monitoring more than 1000 devices, on-prem and cloud servers.
I am end user and do not participate in maintenance.
Yes, we have retired lot of legacy tool which were very difficult to manage and maintain.
