Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

The implementation process was quick and smooth. We met with the rep to answer our questions and get a brief overview of how to use Lusha, installing the extension, and what different terms mean and how it differed from our previous software. My only negative was that we had a meeting scheduled and it needed to be rescheduled with allowed for a couple days of usage within my team and there were several questions that went unanswered until the meeting took place the following week.
Lusha is used as our primary prospecting tool to gather contact information for contacts we already have (but are missing phone numbers, emails, etc). We also use Lusha to locate additional contacts and import them to Salesforce. The extensions and exporting make the day run smoothly and make outreach fast!
  • Locating additional contacts at an organization

  • bulk loads are cumbersome and difficult to use
  • contact names pull incorrect contacts intermittently (John Smith, pilot, instead of John Smith, Architect)
  • able to reach more prospects
  • increase number of firms I am working at one time
  • locate contact info in half the time than searching the website or LI (LinkedIn) of the company/firm
I am not sure how Lusha compared as far as pricing etc. I know that our team has grown significantly over the last 6 months and our meetings booked, closed won, and overall our business has grown with the help of Lusha.
We previously used infotelligent, which was similar, but seemingly more expensive for nearly the same result. There was a learning curve with migrating over to Lusha, but overall we seem to be doing well as a team.

There are several companies listed in Linkedin with contacts listed on the People page of the Company Linkedin, however, when opening the Lusha extension, it shows there is no information for the company.
Larger companies with more employees have a better chance of having at least 1 or 2 employees listed in Lusha and I can then take the formatting of the email, for example, to guess what the email may be for the contact I am actually prospecting.
