Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite
Our business is a caravan park with sites and cabins. We need to improve our sales, increase our guest visits. I am learning to use MailerLite to use Lead Magnets and automation to involve guests (new and repeat) and keep them updated and involved in the business. I need to establish closer links with my guests, nurture them and encourage them to stay. The problem is guests receive so much information. They have many options on places to stay, so I need to communicate our points of difference to them.
- Clear layout
- Excellent support on Chat with paid version - well worth it for a learner like me
- This is my first day, so it would be unfair to state anything at this stage.
- First day, no impact yet but I have high hopes!
MailerLite allows tags and the whole visual experience seems a lot clearer.
Support was the major factor though, everything points to MailerLite having better support - certainly today has proved that for me. I received support within 10min, my issue was fixed and my first Automation is up and running.
