Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack
Mailtrack is extremely useful in our work environment, at least in our department. Before knowing about Mailtrack's possibilities, it was really impossible to keep track of the readings of the mails we had sent, and this great tool has practically changed our lives, allowing us to make decisions regarding the reading or not of those mails, in proposal applications, sending information and articles to journals, and confirmation of meetings.

- Its management is very easy
- Non-intrusive
- It should be better integrated into mobile environments
- Mailtrack has enabled us to save on the time needed to determine the interest of an organisation that we are contacting to work with us or not.
