Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

We use if for collaboration via email and chat, and document collaboration.
  • Best in class email provider.
  • Great integration with other tools.
  • Easily scale to your business.
  • Dynamic distribution lists.
  • Approvals for mass email routing.
  • Additional integrations with new cloud tools.
  • Ability to limit access to certain features across an organization.
  • Implementation was tougher than expected and thus more costly.
  • Integrations have helped us recoup some of that.
  • Being MS compliant when it comes to licensing.
G Suite is too difficult to manage in a growing org.
Needs to be dedicated and work with you throughout implementation and onward. It's very basic customer support at this time.

Microsoft Office 356 is well suited for companies that are growing and have an open mind about how to scale that. It may not be suited for G Suite customers that are adamant G Suite users.
