Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We been Office 365 users for a number of years now, using many of the products offered under the Enterprise bundle. When Teams was initially launched and made available on our tenant we immediately jumped and started using it with a pilot team. Needless to say, having seen other products before we were shocked by the lack of some major functionalities that one would think are basic. Still little by little, they started to roll out as needed. Today, Teams is being used internationally across the organization not only internally but also with client and is our main form of communication and collaboration.
- Organized and intuitive which drives adoption.
- New features being introduced on a regular basis.
- Available across different platforms and devices.
- A handful of times we've seen some systems performance issues caused by Teams. Microsoft should be a little more thorough with testing prior to update releases.
- Allow cross-platform communication.
- Users are now getting much faster answers and the information they need.
- Allow us to have a platform that serves many functions throughout the organization.
- Keeps users more engaged with projects and tasks.
Because it is a Microsoft product, integration with all other products in the Office 365 suite is seamless.
