Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

I use the system for complete communication within the company and for dealing with external customers, it is also used to plan and manage my diary. Sales calls are made using teams as well as being used to run online training and workshops. I use the chat function to communicate none urgent information to my team.

Microsoft Teams is a far better product to use than Skype as it offers a more user-friendly interface. It is also easier to set up and use. I found that Teams has a better layout and is used by more people, making it a better and friendlier system to use.

Microsoft Teams is best suited for companies that want to be able to keep communication between staff clean and simple. It is great for planning meetings as well as offering training programs that can be used in the office or at home. It is also a useful tool to keep in contact with customers and provide them with up-to-date data and information.
