Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has become widely used across the organization as an essential tool for workshops. It has helped make planning sessions more interactive and collaborative, which is particularly important with work from home now becoming the norm. It helps us to share thoughts and ideas in large meetings, giving everyone a chance to contribute.
  • Easy to use.
  • Facilitates collaboration.
  • Present ideas visually.
  • A nice feature would be instructions for new users.
  • Another feature like maybe a tool that takes new users to a certain point on the board at the start to help prevent them from getting lost.
  • I would like a better grouping tool.
  • It makes more effective planning sessions.
  • Each meeting attendee can contribute more.
  • There's time saved on recording key take-aways as they're written down already.
Miro is an easy-to-use tool, though it is worth giving meeting attendees a quick run-through of the features before the session starts. Then, everyone will be able to get the best from the platform and the meeting. Once people get the hang of the different features available, meetings run smoothly.
It's been really easy to integrate Miro with our other systems and processes. It's become used across the organization in a short space of time, supplementing other planning tools for its ease-of-use and reliability; there's not been any instance where it hasn't worked as it should, which is important for businesses.
Miro has hugely helped to unite our teams across the world. Using it for planning gives everyone in the meeting the chance to voice their opinion and see the ideas of others, in a very visual way. It has improved collaboration at a time when tools for remote working are vital for any organization.

Miro is a great tool for workshops and planning sessions, particularly with large groups working remotely. It's great for fleshing out ideas in a visual way and allowing everyone to contribute. Creating frames helps to structure ideas and then easily see the takeaways at the end of the session.
