Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across my organization to help clients and us visually represent our client's business requirements on various Miro boards. We also use Miro for presentations and for collaboration when in meetings, which provides us with a quick and easy way to summarise the while teams/company's thoughts on various topics.

  • I love the product so can't think of any improvements.

  • Improved productivity.
The process was smooth and training to the core team must have been great as we have had various internal training sessions from members of our own team which has been very detailed and aided us to start using Miro with no problems at all. I can't fault the implementation.
Seamless integration with no issues.
Miro has allowed me to successfully work through and complete projects remotely especially during Covid. As the world moves to a hybrid working, I can see this will continually be a helpful tool to make clients feel like we are in the same room, even though we are working miles away from each other.

Yes

I've only used Teams & PowerPoint. As their sole focus isn't the same as Miro's, Miro does a fantastic job at getting clients involved in discussions, rather than just sitting through presentations when we just talk at clients.
Miro works very well with all the remote working I generally do in my job but also during Covid, it has been a particularly powerful tool to make our clients feel like we are all in the same room, working on the same project, even though we are a flight away from each other. I don't feel Miro is not appropriate as it has taken my meetings to a whole new level which I love!
