Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro across the country and has been one of our go-to tools when working with clients. Since the pandemic, Miro has been a tool we trust and our partners/clients trust. We use it for discovery sessions, gathering user stories, process flow, and as a collaboration tool amongst our internal and external teams. It's solved a number of complex challenges that sprouted from having to move into a virtual world with our clients and teams.
  • Collaboration.
  • Ease of use.
  • Process mapping.
  • The learning curve on successful use.
  • Navigation can sometimes be clunky.
  • Sharing of boards and requesting permission has seen some hold-ups.
  • Improved productivity with our teams.
  • Sets a standard for how some of our clients like to work.
  • We've seen a lot of creative uses that our clients have enjoyed.
I wasn't part of the implementation team but all reports are that it went smooth.
Miro has integrated pretty seamlessly into a number of our workflows as a company. We've been able to use it in our daily standups as well as a standalone tool. The ability to provide seamless integration with the technology that we use on a daily basis has been a game-changer.
It's given us the ability to really operate successfully in a virtual world. It's one of the tools our consultants reach for first and it has provided remote teams the ability to ideate as if they were in the same room together. Being a collaborative bunch, Miro has really helped in that regard.

Miro is well suited as a collaboration tool to brainstorm with various internal teams. We've used the sticky note functionally to really brainstorm new and unique ideas as a team. We've also used it in discovery situations with our external clients to get their thoughts and opinions captured in an easy-to-use format.
