There is no lucky day without Miro play
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Since the pandemic started, we make all calls with our customers via Webex. Over time, this is boring and I looked for a more interactive solution and fun: Miro. The Miro template and our SDLC consulting approach are fitting perfect. I use Miro as an interactive dashboard to collaborate with our customers. The sticky-notes and voting function are amazing. I use the voting to identify pain points at the customer's site for their applications, identify their position and responsibility in the company, and get more metric data out of this session than ever before. This helps to create a more customized business case for our customers and increase the interactivity with our customers even via Webex. Miro's training is awesome and helps me to understand more and more features to use in Miro. I also like to use the integration with Asana and work on this.
Pros
- Icebreaker session
- Metric analysis
- Voting
- Identify pain at the customer's site
Cons
- Asana integration
- Short pop windows with the descriptions about a feature if you stay longer than two seconds; learning or remind me mode.
- Currently it is difficult to order the licence
- ROI is difficult to measure
- Reduce complexity during the presentation
- Increase interactivity with the customer on video conferences
We work on templates for our consulting workshops. Collaboration with new team across the organization gets easier.
