Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is widely used to address different organization needs - creating roadmaps, diagrams, training materials. Almost every department is using it as it is very simple to use and doesn't require any specific skills from the users.
  • Easy to use.
  • Integration with 3rd party tools.
  • Many options for customization.
  • Overall UI.
  • Concept of Teams / different access rights.
  • We were able to complete projects documentation much faster compared to traditional modeling tools.
Miro is a well-suited product that can be used for a company of any size and its implementation doesn't require any specific skills. It supports SSO which is also an advantage from a security perspective.
The number of possible integrations is really huge and includes a variety of integration types - starting from simple general tools like OneDrive, going through Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence ending with support of SSO from almost any provider.
Miro was a great fit during COVID pandemic and it allowed us to increase teams performance. It helped with many virtual kaizens events and other meetings held around the world.

Miro is well suited to provide any kind of high-level diagrams for example call flows, process definitions. It can be also used to design networking architecture and computer systems diagrams. I would say that the variety of options we get in Miro allows this product to adjust to almost any business use case.
