Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is widely used by the entire organization addressing remote work meetings and workshops, helping us build our product strategy in a collaborative way and in a way we can quickly access if needed and make modifications. Also, we now depend less on local files such as PowerPoint presentations, given the availability of Miro, optimizing our file management.

Pros

  • Collaborative work.
  • Product discovery work boards.
  • Visual representation of new ideas.

Cons

  • Team and board access management is confusing.
  • PNG/JPG upload with error.
  • File exportation.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Removal of unnecessary decentralized local files.
  • Approximation of different departments and improvements of company culture.
I haven’t had any information about it, therefore it was quite successful. As soon as I needed it, I quickly gained access through my company server login. And I could already share the access link to my board and start working right away. So no complaints about the implementation of Miro in my organization.
Regarding team integration, it is one of the most powerful tools available, given the remote work scenario we are facing with the covid pandemic. And we use it not only for team working but also for team and culture building. Miro allows us to even make integrations and to get to know each other better.
Without Miro, we would not be able to do the majority of our collaborative projects. It is our main tool today for centralizing all project information in one place everyone can access and edit and feel a part of the project. And the flexibility of the platform allows us to make different kinds of activities.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is very well suited for collaborative teams working remotely. It's the best tool when you cannot put Post-its on a board inside a room with your team and it’s almost the same as if you were physically there. Compared to other tools available in the market, it's the best by far
