Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it organization-wide, as a good collaboration platform. Easy to use a whiteboard for all, with many functions, like post-its, etc.

Pros and Cons

Creating some easy to read process charts/diagrams.
Just an optical thing, but very nice UI.
Anyone can create complex whiteboards with many content easy.

Desktop app is sometimes a bit slow for me.
The functionality of the desktop app and the browser access is not the same.
An intro demo for new users would be good.

Return on Investment

The presentation of big projects was much easier.
A lot of colleagues like it, so it's motivating for them.
Had no negative impact to be honest.

I'm not sure, how to integrate Miro into other tools, I use it separately for presentation/project planning.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Whiteboard is the other tool for these tasks. It's simpler and has lesser functionality.

Likelihood to Recommend

For a small whiteboard, I would suggest something less complex app. However, if someone wants to create something bigger with a lot of content, Miro is the way to go.
