Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is easy for collaborative learning, especially with group design projects. Everyone can easily contribute unhindered by one another. I mostly used this for facilitating a creativity workshop. During the pandemic, the traditional sticky note and chart paper method wasn't an option. I feel people have gotten used to Miro and prefer that over the traditional method even after lifting pandemic restrictions.
  • Collaborative working with design group.
  • Creative facilitation workshop.
  • Creating mindmap of project.
  • When multiple people click on same object, it used to have a glitch.
  • ctrl+A when accidentally pressed by someone causes a very annoying effect to everyone using it. Maybe remove that shortcut for selecting all objects. But keep it for choosing the whole text.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Less resource intensive.
  • Work from their own comfortable positions.
The interface is intuitive and easy to use.
Easier to have data on the cloud than on paper. Easy to integrate into projects. Use a single Miro for multiple workshops; revisit the files.
Has been able to collaborate with our remotely working colleagues.

Pro: Miro is well suited for ideation and collaborative working. Much more sustainable than using paper. Cons: Can't use it in anonymous brainstorming. Maybe have an option that no one can see who the contributor is. Also, it is difficult when someone is trying to point out something onboard to a single person. Maybe an option to drag the person's view to a specific point.
