Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used for nearly all types of internal meetings as a platform for creating whiteboards, collaborating with others, collecting ideas, plan for new development iterations with a team size of > 300. Miro supports all teams in their everyday work by having a central collection of boards to work with.
  • virtual white board
  • collaboration support
  • unlimited space to collect your ideas
  • If the board is too big, it's hard to navigate even with the overview map. Optional size limit may be useful.
  • Searching for particular boards in a big organization is sometimes a bit hard.
  • Structured meetings save a lot of time
  • Ideas written into Miro boards can easily be found
  • Collaboration is extremly good for team spirit
Cannot tell much about the implementation. Functionality is a bit overwhelming and may confuse users that are not used to Miro. However one does not need to know each and every piece of Miro to just use it.
I cannot answer this question.
Miro does a great job for virtually distributed teams throughout the world. It pinpoints your ideas and lets you collaborate wherever you are.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For structured meetings within teams, it is extremely useful for collaboration. If working with several 100 users on the same board to plan for a whole product iteration within different teams the board tends to be too big and hard to navigate within. By dividing the boards into several boards this limitation isn't very hard.
