Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Usage of Miro is very wide-ranging in the company I work for. Typical use cases within the team: virtual whiteboarding, capturing ideas team collaboration space user story mapping shared mind mapping team ceremonies: such as design sessions, but also retrospectives aligning on objectives and key results (OKRs) Personally: Personal mindmap/backlog Personal map Organisational design ideas
  • Collaboration - online white boarding
  • Transparency - capturing/sharing ideas across the team
  • Simplifying the complex with flows, diagrams
  • Intuitive, beautiful UX
  • Handling tables within a Miro board
  • Inclusion of Miro to Confluence pages - I know it's supported but could be improved
  • Improved collaboration
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved team dynamics
I applaud the versatility of Miro - for a team where the different OS is in use - Miro always worked without any issues on Linux, Windows, or Mac.
Integration to internal wiki/Confluence pages could be made better.
As an international organization, with many teams having team members from various continents/time zones Miro has significantly improved the team's ability to collaborate.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a great virtual collaboration tool that is used daily within the teams to capture ideas, gather around a virtual whiteboard during design sessions, draw initial process/data flows that help simplifies complex 'problems' to solve. Beyond the technical usage, Miro is also a key collaboration tool to bring the team together for ceremonies such as planning, refinement, or retrospective sessions.
