Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our team transitioned to a fully remote model and has struggled with maintaining employee engagement in remote meetings. Miro has been a great tool to help address that issue. We relied on it heavily during this year's operational planning and it was a great tool! I plan to continue to use Miro on various projects. It's very user-friendly, initiative, and the templates are wonderful! I would highly recommend Miro.

  • Being able to download workspaces into PDC
  • Finding out how to copy frames took some time
  • Accidently moving around square is a pain

Implementation was very straightforward. There were no issues.
We have not yet used any of the integration features.
Miro has had a tremendous impact on our organizations ability to collaborate virtually. The templates have been wonderful and a great starting point.

We found miro had more options than Trello. Miro also had Trello type features and allowed for better collaboration.
Miro is well suited for team meetings where some collaboration is required. We recently held a team meeting that was structured as a brainstorming session and Miro gave folks who are a bit more reserved the opportunity to collaborate via writing. Miro also helps give meetings structure. I've found it helpful to be able to set up a template and work off of it in advance.
