Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro mainly for collaboration across different time zones and WFH with my colleagues. For brainstorming ideas in real-time, it's great to be able to see everyone working in real-time. I also use Mirco for creating documentation that supports my work i.e I may use the templates provided to create flow charts and mind maps.

Unfortunately, I do not have insights to any key insights regarding the implementation of Miro, I am just a user. But it seems to be a good tool and is used often by many different teams across the business. I have often been sent past boards to review or add comments too.
Yes signing up seemed to be quite easy and it's easy to invite others to join the board or just to share the board. You can pretty much use it straight away without training, there are training tips that display, they are quick and helpful, it's a fun app to use.
The real-time and seeing where everyone is on the board is very useful

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's a great collaboration tool across teams, it gives you the ability to score ideas/designs or whatever it is.
You can create boards and invite other team members and you can also use this for your personal work.
It is a browser-based app, so you need good wifi I have sometimes found it clunky, slow to save at times.
