Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to help facilitate conversations that would have been in person but now are being held virtually. It's a great tool for organizing these conversations and mimicking the in-person experience as much as we can with technology. We use it for facilitating continuous improvement discussions, kaizens, strategy work, and organizing our own team.
Pros
- Whiteboarding
- Brainstorming
- Mimicking the in person sticky note experience
Cons
- Process Mapping
- Reduced travel costs
- Quicker project turnaround
- Less processing time for workshop facilitators
It's an extremely useful tool for collaboration, especially with covid, increased hybrid/remote work, and training others on collaboration. It's allowed us to quickly launch activities and even if teams plan to get together in person, it allows for work to happen in the interim - between idea conception and in personal travel. It's been a great tool to teach that collaboration doesn't always have to happen in person and I think it has opened the idea of workshops to a larger audience.
