Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I've been using Miro in Design Thinking sessions where collaboration is highly needed. This is usually related to process improvements and also product/solution design.
Our teams are in different countries and Miro allows us to collaborate during the meetings and also offline, offering a varied selection of tools to spark creativity compared to other tools like Jamboard

- Variety of designs/Template
- More space to collaborate on a broader design
- Very intuitive. Tons of tools but easy to understand.
- The amount of messages over email alerting changes in the board. Just the panel on the board to track changes is enough
- Reduce time designing
- Reduce time compiling product iterations in one single board
- new users were able to understand it very fast (one single session)
In the last projects where we used Miro, the team members were in Europe, US and south America. Not only the adoption but the actual work with Miro was easy. Each member was able to collaborate, integrate ideas, keep the design moving forward off-line and keep track of changes very effectively.
Miro played a key role in enhancing collaboration across locations
