Notifications help in getting updates to any changes made by other users. Zoom in and Zoom out capability makes Miro the best. Can create long designs on same board.

Lucid charts are used for technical designs while Miro is used for business design. Lucid charts are short but Miro boards are really long. Lucid charts have certain limitations whereas Miro is more flexible. Lucid charts cannot have too much detail but Miro can capture detail as more space is available.
