Very easy to grant access to team members. Easy to learn and get started with Miro boards. Helpful tutorials are available.
Not sure if Miro needs to be integrated with any other tool. Miro is used as a standalone tool for design. Multiple users can collaborate together at the same time. Easy to use.

Lucid charts are used for technical designs while Miro is used for business design. Lucid charts are short but Miro boards are really long. Lucid charts have certain limitations whereas Miro is more flexible. Lucid charts cannot have too much detail but Miro can capture detail as more space is available.
Best tool for collaboration. Makes it very easy to follow the flow of process. Can be used to map a process from Start to Finish. Sub-process can be represented at the bottom. Planning ahead for upcoming activities.
